Quatuor gourmand Terravin
Sommelier Thibaut Panas (sommelier au Beau-rivage Palace à Lausanne) and the sommelier Camille Gariglio (sommelier au Restaurant de l’Hôtel de Ville Crissier) invite you to discover four food and wine pairings on the Auberge du Raisin (Cully Village). These four dishes composed exclusively of local produce will each be sublimated by a different wine that has been awarded a Terravin quality label.
